Reservation of your place at the workshop is compulsory.
A deposit of € 120 is required to validate your registration after your participation has been confirmed by Euromusica. The balance must be paid no later than one month before the start of the workshop.
Those who prefer to be lodged off site must book and pay for their accommodation themselves.
Students under the age of 25, benefit from a € 100 reduction.
All bank transfer charges are at your expense.
The EUROMUSICA association cannot take responsibility for the formalities required to obtain a visa.
Meals (lunch and dinner) are included in the price except for one evening and the rest day.
Breakfast is included for those lodged on-site, but not for those lodged off-site.
Participation in the workshop entails membership of the Euromusica association, the prices quoted already include the annual fee of 15€.
On-site accommodation offers 2 categories of rooms, both of which are equipped with a small bathroom:
Category 1 corresponds to spacious rooms, whilst category 2 are somewhat smaller and less comfortable.
There is a limited availability of category 1 rooms, they are attributed on a first come first served basis of registration
Single room (Category 1) : 1105 €
Single room (Category 2) : 1050 €
Shared room (Category 1) : 1000 €
(All shared bedrooms are category 1 rooms)

The deposit should be paid immediately after confirmation of your participation by stage.euromusica. This is required in order to validate your registration.
The balance of the total cost of your workshop should be paid no later than one month before the start of the workshop.
Bank details will be provided once stage.euromusica confirms your participation in the workshop.
Payments should be made by bank transfer.
All bank transfer charges are at your expense.
Important : Euromusica reserves the right to cancel the workshop if it cannot be organized under satisfactory conditions, particularly due to the health situation. In this case the sums paid by the participants will be refunded.
The organisation and costs of the workshop depend on the number of participants. Therefore, in the event of cancellation on your part, the deposit and balance paid will only be refunded if there is a compelling reason, depending on the date of cancellation. The final decision is at the discretion of the association.
