Reservation of your place at the workshop is compulsory.
A deposit of 120 € must be paid at the time of registration in order to validate it. The balance must be paid at the latest one month before the beginning of the workshop.
Those who prefer to be lodged off site must book and pay for their accommodation themselves.
Students under the age of 25, benefit from a 100 € reduction.
Any transfer or cashing charges are at your expense.
Meals (lunch and dinner) are included in the price except for 2 evenings and the rest day.
Breakfast is included for those lodged on-site, but not for those lodged off-site.
Participation in the workshop entails membership of the Euromusica association, the prices quoted already include the annual fee of 15€.
On-site accommodation offers 2 categories of rooms, both of which are equipped with a small bathroom:
Category 1 corresponds to spacious rooms, whilst category 2 are somewhat smaller and less comfortable.
Single room (Category 1) : 1105 €
Single room (Category 2) : 1050 €
Shared room (Category 1) : 1000 €
(All shared bedrooms are category 1 rooms)

External : 860 €

Important : Euromusica reserves the right to cancel the workshop if it cannot be organized under satisfactory conditions, particularly due to the health situation. In this case the sums paid by the participants will be refunded.
The organisation and costs of the workshops depend on the number of participants. Therefore, in the event of cancellation on your part, the deposit and balance paid will be refunded if there is a compelling reason, depending on the date of cancellation. The final decision is at the discretion of the association.
